We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

All items purchased from this store are eligible for return if they meet the following requirements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

Return requests are processed within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

We will notify you once we receive and review your return and let you know whether your return has been approved or not. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship your refund.
